ABOUT THE ROLE

As a GKAM, you’ll be joining the central sales team responsible for directing the strategy for our largest, global accounts within Europe. You’ll be reporting directly to the vertical sales director and collaborating closely with national key account managers, the customer experience program team, and customer solution designers to align our customers’ needs to our vision in changing market conditions that result in a profitable relationship with all of the stakeholders in a matrix organization. The team is spread across the entire Europe and we don’t limit ourselves to one location when looking for the best professionals. The role is available in Amsterdam, Wroclaw, Madrid, and Riga.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Influence decision-making and strategy with customer and internal leadership teams
- Formulate and execute strategy for your portfolio - sennder’s largest accounts across all of Europe
- Be part of central sales organization that will unlock Pan-European business
- Synthesize the needs of our shipper (customers) with sennder’s vision in order to create a best-in-class customer experience
- Proactively identify process improvements, determines root causes/roadblocks, and help our program team to design solutions that will significantly improve our business processes
- Manage relationship with senior external stakeholders (up to C-level)
- Be the face of sennder to Fortune 500 global brands as the most senior commercial owner

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE
- At least 5 years of experience working in sales, key account management, or business development
- A background working within transportation logistics industry
- Experince in indirectly managing national key account managers
- Previous experience in managing enterprise B2B sales cycles and creating long lasting partnerships with senior stakeholders
- A strong client orientation, acting as an advocate for the client and thinking out-of-the-box to turn painpoints into value-adds
- A holistic mindset, understanding implications beyond individual accounts, thinking in aggregate about the industry
- Experience managing diverse portfolios of EUR 10-50M+ per year
