Über die Stelle:
Wir suchen einen Lernberater (m/w) für Deutschland, der das Team der Lernberater in Lissabon unterstützt. Diese Position ist eine der strategisch wichtigsten bei goFLUENT: Im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Lernenden helfen Sie ihnen, die bestmögliche Erfahrung beim Lernen mit uns zu machen und geben wertvolles Feedback an unsere Trainer und unsere Produkt
- und Serviceteams.

Was Sie tun werden:

- Sie werden zum Experten und behalten ein umfassendes Verständnis für unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Erklären Sie unseren neuen Lernenden, die eine goFLUENT-Schulung beginnen, alles
- Bieten Sie dem Lernenden die bestmögliche Reise an, indem Sie seine Erwartungen verstehen und ihm effiziente Lösungen für seine Probleme bieten
- Beantwortung von Anfragen unserer Lernenden über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat...)
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und effizienten Kommunikation mit internen Teams

proaktiv zu sein, um unsere internen Verfahren zu optimieren, die Qualität unserer Antworten zu verbessern und das Feedback der Lernenden zu erhöhen

Sie werden diesen Job lieben, wenn Sie:

- hervorragend kommunizieren können, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich (Deutsch zweisprachig oder Muttersprache)
- bereits erfolgreich Erfahrungen im Kundensupport gesammelt haben
- Sie sind sehr empathisch und in der Lage, komplexe Konversationen zu lösen, um den Kunden ein Lächeln zu schenken
- Sie sind eine organisierte, reaktionsschnelle, aufrichtige und selbstständige Person

Wir suchen:

- 1 bis 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Sie sind internetaffin und beherrschen MS Office, Google Docs und Open Office
- Sie sollten in der Lage sein, in Englisch zu kommunizieren (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Bachelor's/Hochschulabschluss in einem beliebigen Bereich
