Job description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Timely support of end user issues or requests based on SLA/OLA agreement setup by our globally End User Operations processes in effectively manner, this is to ensure service management tickets are effectively managed based on priority & commitment
Escalate incident tickets that required more expertise from 2nd level/3rd level for further consultation and technical advice accordingly
Continuous observation of shift-left capabilities, knowledge base articles check and feedback, collective improvement as well to ensure latest knowledge articles information to support end-users are still valid till latest

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

Knowledge in following current technologies o Windows and Apple operating system o O365
skill knowledges o Good knowledge on Microsoft Products o Basic Active
Directory knowledge o Citrix knowledge o Mobile Intune knowledge for iOS and
Android devices support

**Language skills**: English fluent or other languages supports will be plus points
Organized and deadline driven with the ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to effectively set priorities and work well under deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised
Understanding of ITIL principle
At least diploma/advanced/higher/graduate diploma in computer or equivalent
At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
