**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Responsible for taking site assignments provided by Manager and coordinating with site team to accomplish specific shift targets.

Responsible for developing shift task lists.

Effectively leading regular team meetings which focus employees on daily targets and technical refreshers that have been outlined by Management.

Acts as an escalation point for the site team.

Responsible for assisting the team on solving complex issues or escalating further to the Site Manager. Work directly with Site Manager to develop effective performance improvement plans and annual reviews.

Complete hand off reports that communicate team progress and properly documents items being transferred to the next shift.

Responsible for training local staff and working with Site Management to track progress and performance.

Training plan and milestones are defined and presented to the Shift Lead by Management.

Responsible for identifying strengths and areas of improvements for technicians on shift.

Collaborating with Manager to improve individual and team performance.

Responsible for working with Site Manager to provide support for projects that relate to tier level support.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
An employee at this level must be capable of performing the work outlined below, including the requirements of tier I, tier II, and tier III.

Works under limited supervision.

Able to exercise broaddiscretion in defining and solvingproblems within the area of experience.

Capable of providing technical guidance and assistance as part of a work team.

Maintains contact withproblem situations and assists until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.

Summarizes problem resolution and follow-up requirements for Management.

Communicates final status to local Management prior to leaving site.

Able to lead a small team
