Desde Gi Group Pamplona, estamos buscando un Aministration Manager para el dpto. de construcción de solida empresa del sector de las energías renovables ubicada en Pamplona.

FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO:
Registrar pedidos y facturas en SAP.

Control de Vehículos y Alojamientos de los trabajadores desplazados.

Revisar notas de gastos de los trabajadores del Departamento de Construcción.

Actualizar el Documento de Control de Herramienta Global a la recepción de los albaranes.

Controlar que se actualicen los documentos de Mantenimiento de Maquinaria.

Coordinación con RRHH para todos los temas relacionados con el personal (contratación, nóminas, etc.).

Controlar que en Obra se realizan los partes diarios y semanales, para aprobación.

Controlar que los trabajadores firmen los contratos de trabajo en Docusign.

Notificar al Área de RRHH la ampliación de los contratos de trabajo.
