Gestión de pedidos
- Gestionar la creación de facturas y correcciones y devolución de las actividades materiales
- Recibir y tramitar las consultas de los clientes sobre precios estándar, plazos de entrega, productos, disponibilidad, a través de una comunicación eficiente, rápida y amigable con el objetivo de mantener excelentes relaciones con los clientes
- Establecer un vínculo de comunicación clave entre el cliente y los departamentos internos (ventas, logística, finanzas, producción) para mantener a todas las partes interesadas al corriente de las actividades del cliente

- Nível bilingüe de inglés (UK)
- Enseñanza superior o licenciatura
- Experiência mínima de 2 años
- Conocimiento de trabajo de los paquetes de MS Office y Conocimiento de OracleR12, incoterms, condiciones de pago y CRM son un activo
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y administración, aprendizaje rápido y un jugador de equipo
- Flexibilidad, capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, gestionar el tiempo y adaptarse a los cambios
- Actitud proactiva (iniciativa para contactar con los clientes), capacidad para tomar una decisión cuando sea necesario

- Contrato Indefinido
- Formación presencial de 1 mes, puede variar
- Ubicación: Terrassa. Servicio de transporte diario desde Plaza España (Barcelona) hasta nuestras oficinas (Terrassa)
- Modelo híbrido de trabajo, 2 días oficina y 3 desde casa
- Ayuda mensual de comida, 160€ al mes
- Entorno de trabajo internacional
- Salario competitivo dependiendo del perfil, entre 25.000€ y 28.000€
- Horario de trabajo flexible: de entrada entre las 7:30h a 9:30h y salida de 16:30h a 18:30h, lunes a viernes
- Al año en la empresa: seguro médico y de vida, plan de pensiones
- Incorporación: Febrero
