As our Digital Customer Support Specialist, you're the most valuable player of ensuring our products not only work but rock. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Making user needs your top priority and center to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Handling incoming support requests like a pro, because our users deserve nothing less.
- Digging into support ticket data to guarantee top-notch customer satisfaction.
- We’re not stopping there. We're eager to hear your innovative ideas on how to elevate our performance in every aspect.
**Skills Required**:
- Ideally, you've got 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- You possess strong customer-focused communication skills that leave a positive impression.
- Fluent in written Dutch, with a good written command of French, and English for company communication.
- Empathetic, with the power to put yourself in our users' shoes and solve problems effectively.
- Naturally curious and always up for a challenge—because figuring stuff out is your thing.
- Good problem-solving and analytics, with the skills to handle anything that comes your way.
- You're an exceptional team player, yet equally adept at thriving autonomously when the situation calls for it.
- You're all about getting stuff done, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
- Structured and organized, but you're not afraid to shake things up when it's time for a change. Open to learning new stuff and ready to bring some fresh energy to the team.
