We are looking for a **Medical Solutions Lead Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) Iberia** who is **rigorous, team player and who has excellent communication skills** to join us in our **Dermatology** team, based in our office in **Madrid**, **Spain.**

**About the role**

As a Medical Solutions Lead HS Iberia you will ensure cross-functional partnerships to ensure a strategically aligned Medical plan to support the launch initiatives in Hidradenitis Suppurativa. You will implement the medical narrative for HS in Iberia and you will ensure alignment and communication of Iberia HS initiatives between local, regional and global partners in Medical and Commercial.

**Who you’ll work with**

Reporting to the Dermatology Medical Strategy Lead, you will be part of a team of 5 colleagues: two other Medical Strategy Lead, a Field Medical Lead Immunology and a Evidence Generation Lead Iberia. You will work closely with the Dermatology Medical Strategy Lead and Field Medical Lead to identify and execute impactful medical solutions to support and advance the management of Hidradenitis Suppurativa.

**What you’ll do***

A part from what it’s mentioned above:

- You will manage the localisation and implementation of the Global/Regional medical-scientific strategy, action plans and materials in cooperation with the Dermatology Medical Strategy Lead and internal stakeholders.
- You will ensure the scientific accuracy, consistency, and interpretation of core clinical data in the creation and implementation of materials and solutions.
- You will help to implement the strategic medical guidance when partnering with Commercial and Access partners in the creation of promotion resources and initiatives.
- You will lead local scientific initiatives related to HS in collaboration with other local medical partners (e.g. Advisory Boards, Steering Committees).
- You will ensure compliance and quality in cooperation with Legal and Compliance in the creation and implementation of all medical materials and activities.

**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience** **and **skills***
- Masters’ degree in life sciences or healthcare required, MD, PharmD, PhD preferred.
- +3 years of experience in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare and in medical plan execution.
- Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of local healthcare compliance and pharma environment
- Strong written and verbal communications in Spanish (C1) and English (C1). Affinity with omnichannel approach.
