Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

**Why this recruitment?**

Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with the customers.

You will perform 20 demos a month and manage your pipeline to close business.

You will work with marketing to help drive additional leads and provide prospect feedback to the product team, sharing with the sales team best practices.
- **️ Your main tasks would be as follows**:
As a member of the sales team you should be target oriented and sales driven individual with strong communication skills.
- Being inside sales representative until we hire a SDR you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through hunting, prospecting and cold calling.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain for the French market.
- Identifying, profiling and qualifying prospects and decision makers in targeted companies and detecting long-mid-short term opportunities in mid-markets and enterprises.
- On the phone you will conduct demo product and solution presentations and manage commercial offers through negotiation and follow-up calls.
- You should consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, cross sell and/or upsell the portfolio, and achieve monthly KPIs.
- Creating, developing and managing an accurate sales pipeline would be an essential part of your responsibilities.
- Promote the company’s solutions addressing or predicting clients’ needs and objectives.
- Identify improvements of our solution based on the client's needs.
- Keep your pipeline and forecasting up to date.
- Provide trustworthy feedback - being honest and don’t create false expectations for the customers.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Close deals
- Build and develop an engaged interaction with prospects to keep them on a long-term sales cycle.
- Working closely with our Customer Success team to identify and develop cross-sales and upsales opportunities and helping on the on boarding process.

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills**:
Experiences:
More than 3 years of experience in sales ( business development manager, sales executive...).
- One of the Nordics language native level and fluent in English
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about technology.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Maintaining high activity with strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools (and feel comfortable about it).
- Proven experience working for SaaS, Digital or tech/software industry.
- Experience approaching and building successful sales meetings with B/C-level/VP executives.
- Tech-savvy (skilled with technologies and software use/navigation, since they will need to conduct demo sessions of our platform).
- Experience working with Sales Management tools - Hubspot / Salesforce
