**Job Description**:
ACREW is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Assistant with an interest in data analytics. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team to analyse and interpret data, identify trends, and optimise marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about marketing and data analytics to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect, organise, and analyse marketing data using various tools and software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop reports, presentations, and dashboards to visualise data insights.
- Assist in optimising marketing campaigns through data-driven analysis, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvements.
- Support the implementation and management of marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of paid advertisements on platforms such as Google and Facebook.
- Maintain and update content on WordPress websites, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with data analytics, preferably in a marketing or business environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience with managing paid advertisements through Google and Facebook.
- Familiarity with WordPress and experience in managing websites is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Additional Information:

- This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
