As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to hire a **Recruitment Manager for Spain**

**Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive management of recruitment processes
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Oversee the onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing processes.
- Cooperation with the Business Development Department in the preparation of cooperation offers
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

Job requirements
- A minimum 5 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate with executives at the mid-level, senior-level, or C-level.
- Ability to articulate the value of Intelligent Recruitment methods passionately and clearly
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods and ability to learn new recruitment methods
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing methods
- A team-player attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks.
- A positive, can-do attitude
