**Descripción del empleo**
En Sika España buscamos para nuestro equipo de Building Envelope un/a prescriptor/a cuyo foco será conseguir la prescripción del mayor número de proyectos de las principales “cuentas A+” del sector residencial.

**Funciones**:

- Gestión de cuentas clave como promotoras, administraciones, propiedades e inversoras a nível nacional, estudios de arquitectura e ingeniería a nível zonal y agentes rehabilitadores.
- Gestión, control y seguimiento de las prescripciones técnicas, hasta su ejecución. Cuentas clave.
- Captación y seguimiento de grandes megaproyectos a nível zonal.
- Soporte para análisis de mercado y otros solicitados.
- Propuestas de herramientas de comunicación, y/o presencia en ferias o eventos.

**Requisitos** Formación**:

- Formación Universitaria en Arquitectura superior o técnico y/o Ingeniería superior o técnica.
- Deseable Máster inmobiliario, construcción, innovación, sostenibilidad.

**Experiência Profesional**:

- Tener experiência en prescripción mínima de 3 años.
- Experiência en asistencia técnica.
- Experiência en obras.
- Experiência en venta.

**Requisitos adicionales**:

- Conocimientos sobre sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética.
- Modular Building.
- Autocad, BIM.
- Inglés.
