PERFIL DEL PUESTO
Será responsable de cumplir con los objetivos e indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) de la categoría, gestiona una base analítica y comercial dirigido al Trade Marketing mediante un entendimiento profundo del mercado, competencia y canales de distribución, generar propuestas de portafolio, para ganar market share de forma rentable, así como el desarrollo de estrategias y tácticas para la creación de herramientas de información y realización de planogramas.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
Proponer estrategias para el acomodo de productos de la categoría
Analizar información comercial para emitir KPI'S-Scorecards.
Construir el plan de negocio y la revisión de la categoría para cada cliente de acuerdo con sus necesidades y prioridades.
Crear estrategias a fin de conseguir capitanías estratégicas para el negocio.
Generación de insumos necesarios para planogramación y mapeos
Asegurar la ejecución en tiempo y forma de planogramas, layouts y mercadeos, así como la generación de insumos para planogramación.
HABILIDADES Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA
Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Marketing o similar
Experiência mínima de 2 años en el Category Management
**Conocimiento de bases de datos**: Nielsen Scantrack - ISCAM, RetailLink y plataformas de autoservicios
Excelente dominio de Space Planning, Spaceman (Software de Planogramas)
Excelente manejo de bases de datos (Excel, Access)
Fuerte capacidad analística y habilidad numérica
Manejo y conocimiento de los 8 pasos de Catman
Negociación directa con compradores
Trabajo por objetivos
Experiência manejando canal de Autoservicio
Demostrar proactividad, iniciativa y determinación
