Consolidada empresa fabricante de equipamiento y consumibles para el sector farmacéutico, con fuerte implantación en el mercado Europeo, Suramericano y Asiático, precisa incorporar para sus oficinas situadas cerca de Terrassa, un/a
**ADMINISTRATIVO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE**
**Nível alto de francés**
En dependencia de la Responsable del equipo sus principales funciones serán:
- Gestión administrativa comercial: realización de ofertas, recepción y procesamiento de pedidos y archivo de la documentación.
- Alimentación de datos en Salesforce como apoyo a la prospección.
- Apoyo administrativo al Departamento Técnico Comercial.
- Contacto con clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Gestión logística de envío de producto a los clientes internacionales.
- Servicio Postventa: confirmación de plazos de entrega y seguimiento para pedidos importantes directamente o solicitando apoyo a los departamentos implicados.
- Recepción, atención y gestión de incidencias y reclamaciones.
- Búsqueda de datos en Internet y localización de interlocutor potencial.
Perfil: Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior en Administración. Experiência mínima de 3 años como Administrativo/a en funciones de Back Office. Dominio en servicio al cliente y/o soporte de venta. Ofimática nível avanzado (Office y nível medio-alto de Excel). Imprescindible nível alto de francés (hablado y escrito) y nível medio de inglés. Habilidad para gestionar contactos telefónicos. Se valorará experiência con tablas dinámicas (Nível III) y Microsoft Power BI, y conocimientos en Comercio Internacional. Persona proactiva, resolutiva, ágil, sistemática, con iniciativa, con capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y en equipo, y con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
Para los desplazamientos a la empresa deberá disponer de vehículo propio.
Horario: 8 - 17 h. ó 9 - 18 h. (1 hora para comer). Viernes de 7 - 15 h. Hora de entrada flexible. Horario intensivo (7-15h.) del 1 de Julio hasta el 11 de Septiembre.
Se ofrece incorporación a empresa en expansión, trabajo estable con contrato indefinido, interesante proyecto profesional, formación continuada respecto a los productos y metodologías necesarias para llevar a cabo sus funciones, y una retribución entre 28.000 y 32.000 Euros brutos/anuales, a convenir personalmente según valores aportados.
