Frit Ravich, empresa dedicada a la fabricación de más de 700 referencias propias de patatas chips, snacks y frutos secos y distribuidora de más de 3.000 referencias de las principales marcas de alimentación con importante proyecto de crecimiento busca para su sede en Maçanet de la Selva un/a CATEGORY MANAGER (MARCA PROPIA)
- Desarrollar e Implementar el Plan de Marketing de la Marca de Patatas, snacks y Frutos secos, siempre alineado con el Plan de Categorías de la compañía.
- Desarrollará planes para construir la marca e impulsar el crecimiento de la categoría
- Desarrollar proyectos de innovación en coordinación con los otros departamentos y garantizar que todos los proyectos se entreguen en tiempo y forma.
- Proponer actividad de marca y objetivos medibles
- Se responsabilizará de los P&L de la marca y de ayudar a impulsar la rentabilidad de la marca
- En estrecha cooperación con la función de ventas para identificar necesidades /oportunidades comerciales, desarrollar estrategias de precios y distribución y promociones comerciales para marcas asignadas.
- Supervisará el rendimiento de la marca para implementar los cambios apropiados en el plan
- Realizará las previsiones de volumen, actualizaciones financieras y monitoreará indicadores clave e impulsores del rendimiento de la marca (tendencias, market share, precios, competencia,.)
- Junto con Trade Marketing, establecerá KPI's de marca a nível nacional y estrategia de marketing de canal e identificará soluciones relevantes en el canal /punto de venta (surtido, promociones, distribución, formatos, pvp etc)
- Interactuará con clientes clave junto con Trade Marketing
- Gestionará el plan de medios y campañas de comunicación (ATL y BTL)
- Se responsable de Comunicaciones de Marca: Lanzamientos, eventos, activación de publicidad / asignación de presupuesto de medios.
- Identificará las tendencias de consumidor y propondrá la innovación y definirá su potencial
- Será responsable de la gestión del lanzamiento; construyendo planes de lanzamiento y estrategias de canal (promociones, medios y Punto de ventas).

¿Qué buscamos?
- Profesional con Formación superior en Ciencias Económicas/ Empresariales, ADE y Marqueting.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años realizando funciones similares en el desarrollo de marca e innovación y Experiência en desarrollo de nuevos productos y packaging (diseño, etiquetaje,materiales, impresiones)
- Valorable nível medio de inglés.
- Persona con clara orientación a resultados, proactiva on una alta capacidad analítica, planificación y organización, flexibilidad y adaptación al cambio, facilidad para el trabajo en equipo y claras habilidades para trabajar a nível transversal con otros departamentos.
- Manejo de herramientas de consumer Insights: IRI/Nielsen : Utilizar de forma activa los datos de mercado para identificar riesgos/oportunidades y generar acciones. Kantar/npd : paneles de consumo. Brand Tracking /Equity. Test de Concepto
- Dominio de Excel y conocimientos financieros relacionados con la P&L (criterios de imputación, márgenes, costes, PA)
