Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Controlling Graduate Expert.

Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:

- Maintain an effective internal control environment in accordance with SAICA Compliance policies Equal Opportunities, Quality, Environment and Health & Safety and guidelines including tax, labour, accounting regulations, etc
- Ensure all accounting practices are prepared on a timely basis and reported in accordance with local and SAICA requirements.
- Monitor month end closure, budget control and action plans
- Complete the Monthly Reporting and presentation to the Management
- Ensure the reliability and relevance of the reporting.
- Define indicators for monitoring the activity and monitor their implementation.
- Analyse and interpret financial data and make recommendations to management to improve systems and financial performance.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, Control the Annual Investment Plan and carry out investment profitability studies
- Manage company insurance policies.
- Follow up Customer risks:

- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Lead or participate in special projects as needed supporting Plant controllers.

**Requirements**:
Academic Qualification:

- Just graduated in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Experience: have experience in a similiar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.
- International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.
- High written and spoken English (C1)
- Advanced level in MS office and expert in MS Excel.
