**Job Purpose**
Support the entire lifecycle of people administration documentation, of Vueling employees, in accordance with payroll systems requirements and the Company procedures regarding people administration documentation, in order to ensure that the people administration documentation processes are done in a timely and are accurate
manner, and give to the employee support to understand these processes and the peace of mind that the documentation aspects of their employment relationship are managed well.
**Main Accountabilities**
- Communicate faithfully and on time the real situation of the employee
- Guarantee that the company has every information and document needed from the employees, and are correctly loaded in the HRIS.
- Provide documentation support to those administrative processes.
- Give to the employee support to understand these documentation processes, and the peace of mind that the documentation aspects of their employment
relationship are managed well.
- Guarantee that all personnel files and documents are properly stored
- Guarantee the performance of people documentation activities
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Receive and execute the registrations, modifications and cancellations of the employee in the Social Security system
- Receive and register in the system variations coming from any situation that may affect employees records as temporary illness, absenteeism, maternity leaves, journey percentage changes, etc
- Prepare documents needed in the different phases of the employee lifecycle, such as contracts, annexes, certificates.
- Answer questions and demands from employees regarding people documentation processes
- Carry out the employee data base digital file management activities
**Main Relationships**
- Employees. HRBP´s. People administration specialists. Pilots and TCP administration offices Social Security. External administrative support team.
**Education**
- Specialization training in payroll, social security and taxes
- Vocational training
**Experience**
- 1 years of progressive experience in administration
**Languages**
- English: B1
- Spanish: C1
