Actualmente estamos en una fase de crecimiento importante y estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager en nuestro Headquarter de Barcelona para que nos ayude en la implementación y desarrollo de las políticas de compensación del grupo a nível global.
**Descripción de funciones**:
- Definir la estrategia global de compensación y beneficios para el Grupo PayRetailers
- Planificar y coordinar el seguimiento del presupuesto del área de compensación para su aprobación o establecimiento de acciones correctivas en cuanto a incidencias o desviaciones.
- Elaborar, coordinar y monitorizar el desarrollo de los manuales, políticas, procesos y sistemas de compensación y beneficios para su implantación en todos los mercados y unidades de negocio.
- Definir los rangos salariales para cada mercado, unidad de negocio, departamento y posición.
- Desarrollar la valoración de puestos con su nívelación, descripción de posiciones y organigramas.
- Participar y colaborar en los proyectos de transformación digital del departamento de People, con los sistemas de HRIS para todos los mercados.
- Planificar y coordinar los procesos anuales de compensación y beneficios (revisión salarial, variables, comisiones, bonus), asesorando a los/as gerentes de negocio y de cada mercado, proporcionando las herramientas y metodologías.
- Coordinar el desarrollo, implantación y seguimiento de los indicadores de compensación y beneficios para su análisis, definición de mapa de riesgos y el establecimiento de objetivos de mejora con cada unidad de negocio.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía o similares. Máster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos sería un plus.
- +5 años de experiência en posición similar en áreas de Compensación y beneficios
- Experiência previa en gestión de equipos, trabajos con equipos internacionales y gestión de presupuestos.
- Manejo avanzado de excel y herramientas de HRIS.
- Nível avanzado de inglés (mandatory).
