Customer Service Engineer, technical support to customers within the After-Sales department for the equipment supplied

How to contribute to our vision- Technical support to clients (on site and remote), contractors and technicians to resolve the incidents of all the teams (PV Inverters, BESS and PCS Equipment, MV Cell, MV Transformers,)- Coordination with contractors and technicians- Knowledge in communication networks, refrigeration systems, power electronics, interpretation of electrical diagrams, MV equipment, electrical switchgear- RCA analysis of repetitive incidents- Technical Assistance to field for incidents of level 3 or of high importance- Remote follow-up of the general operation of teams with the ability to prevent future errors- Training at all levels (basic and advanced) of all the solutions provided by GaE.- Coordination with Engineering depatment for improvements requests and retrofits

What you need to make a difference- 3 years experience on a similar role- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering- Office Package, Jira, VPNs- English level B2 or Higher- Adaptability, proactive- Time Management and prioritization
