- Responsibilities
Manage the EU CRM team, focused on driving new customer acquisition and retention within the digital and retail space across the EU countries.
Contribute to strategic brainstorms on how to engage customers across their lifecycle stages, developing and building lifecycle and nurture workflows for users across the EU.
Guide & develop the CRM team to nurture their curiosity, while building their foundation in data analytics, thoughtful campaign activations, and summarizing campaign results for sharing at the leadership and global level.
Own the QA and deployment process for your team’s CRM tactics
Work with the other region teams, the CRM Director and Sr Director to build out the team, ensure growth opportunities, and managing the overall team workload.
Partner with internal marketing teams including design and content to coordinate campaigns, assets, and execution.
Liaise with Country Manager and Revenue teams across your region to deploy corridor-specific messaging designed to convert & retain users
Build strong relationships within the other regional teams to collaborate on testing strategies for your region (channel, content, timing, offers)
- Qualifications
Experience managing a team
Experience building and sending from at least one major ESP (we use Iterable)
Strong knowledge of campaign management and experience deploying automated CRM tactics
Solid foundation in marketing analytics; ability to find areas of opportunity to test for scale and impact
Organization and time management skills to stay organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines
Strong communication skills
Curiosity and excitement to learn more about CRM marketing and the remittance industry
