We specialize in crafting lifelike digital humans using synthetic facial movement, voice engineering, and conversational design. With Digital Humans available in over 60 languages and over 600 voices, we are revolutionizing the conversational AI industry.

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated **Project Manager with expertise in public healthcare** to join our team at UNITH. As the Project Manager for the Public Healthcare vertical, you will be responsible for managing projects focused on implementing our conversational AI solutions in public healthcare settings. You will work closely with public healthcare organizations to understand their specific needs and deliver customized solutions to enhance patient experiences and optimize healthcare processes using our AI-powered "Digital Humans".

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of public healthcare projects.
- Collaborate with public healthcare organizations to understand their unique requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to public healthcare.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on public healthcare projects.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of public healthcare processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with public healthcare organizations and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management, is preferred.
