**WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY**

Retail & Commercial Division aims to transform the business by defining and implementing the global strategy and ambition for R&C business across all geographies according to the principles outlined in the operating model.

This will include the definition of the key strategic objectives and the instruments for achieving them, with a focus on:

- Product and customer experience simplification and standardization across countries.
- Process automation and organization delayering and simplification.
- Common technology platform deployment, with global T&O outflow management.

This will be carried out through coordination with the countries, aligned with the strategy and priorities of the global business.

It is a crucial transformational role with accountability of running the end-to-end retail & commercial product area and its strategic, transformation and customer experience accountabilities. This role will predominantly be responsible for developing and delivering ambitious transformation plans for customer engagement and digital products horizon.

The role is a combination of strategy, delivery, and growth.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Governance Manager II **, you will help us in different functions:

- Lead Governance function for Retail & Commercial with the development of the related internal regulation (models, policies and procedures), as well as the general secretariat for governance bodies and official documents;
- Implement the Internal Governance Model defined by the corporation (TOM), which provides homogeneity to the Retail & Commercial business at a global scale, providing value to stakeholders and serving as a transmission chain for best practices, innovation and value creation in all geographies, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Group's internal processes;
- Liaison with local senior management, to understand first-hand the strategic priorities and be able to transmit them appropriately to the teams in charge, so that they consider them as the main input when designing initiatives and projects;
- Management with all HQ and local stakeholders such us Governance, Organization, Costs, HR, Legal, etc.

**What we are looking for**:

- Consulting skills, especially a high capacity to conceptualize complex, ambiguous and broad information;
- Highly valued experience in Strategy, Governance, Organization functions;
- Proficient in English.
