- Join Boston Scientific EMEA in accelerating its digital transformation as a Data Governance Product Manager. You'll spearhead the establishment and maintenance of a robust data governance framework, ensuring quality, consistency, security, and accessibility of our data assets. Collaborate with stakeholders to define policies, standards, and processes aligned with global strategic goals and regulatory requirements.- Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Establish product vision and strategy based on company goals and stakeholder needs.
- Translate complex data issues into simple understanding to drive transformation across teams.
- Drive execution of data governance use cases by coordinating stakeholders and providing requirements.
- Partner with EMEA and Global Master Data teams to ensure aligned strategy and execution.
- Develop and maintain data governance framework including policies, standards, processes, and more.
- Facilitate establishment and operation of EMEA data governance bodies.
- Support data owners, stewards, and users in implementing and adhering to the framework.
- Manage data governance projects and initiatives.
- Advise executives on data implications for products, processes, and decisions.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions and innovation.
- Lead team-based projects providing expertise in data governance and management.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- What We Are Looking for In You:
- Master's/ PhD in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Science, or related field.
- Skilled at building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex data concepts and display information visually.
- Proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights.
- Passion for learning new data technologies and methodologies.
- Experience in data governance, data management, and related areas.
- Familiarity with data analytics and data science techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of systems of record such as SAP, SFDC, Informatica, etc.
- Experience with web services and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in enterprise data handling and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Fluency in English & Willingness to travel frequently.
