**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and assess the Spanish healthcare environment to identify trends and policy changes that may impact the pharma industry and/or company’s current and future pipeline: anticipating customer needs, opportunities, and risks, and develop proposals accordantly with Business strategy and market situation.
- Need to have comprehensive view of AZ products portfolio and has excellent understanding of the Health Care environment: National / Regional/ Hospital
- Will be a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement Innovation Value Solutions at cross-portfolio and/or therapeutical area level. This individual will perform coordination, communications, and analytical work to execute AZ IVS.
- Elaborate business cases across portfolio at Regional and Hospital level and propose different solutions to enhance market access to AZ product portfolio: from budgeting impact estimations to specific IVS, focusing the solutions trying to move from price to value
- Work closely with the V&A Finance Lead, who is responsible for the calculation of the IVS impact on the product P&L as well as accruals and paybacks validation/approvals
- Work closely with Innovation & Digital Team, to develop/improve required tools in order to assure data accuracy and agility
- Contribute on the elaboration of a “Market Access Cataloge of Services” that help promoting services IVS
- Go beyond public health system, contributing on building a market access contracting strategies to our products in private health system.
- Work closely with the Tender Manger to find synergies between IVS and tender strategies as well as building common tools/reports to guanratee the accuracy and agility of the data output (in terms of sales evolutions, projects, )
- Have a basic knowledge of public tendering to help and/or back up the Tender Manager when needed

**Essential requirements**:

- Working knowledge of Local Healthcare enviroments
- Evidence of team working and personal accountability
- Experience managing complex projects
- Strategic thinking
- Commercial Acumen
- Familiarity with complex financial modelling
- Track record of managing and delivering strategy & submissions to market access groups
- Agility with data manipulation: advance in excel
- Proactive and willing to learn from different areas

**Desirable requirements**:

- Experience of developing strategic partnerships
- Understanding of financial flows
