HORSE is aware of the importance of risk management to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives as well as to have a clear internal crisis management mechanism and to ensure the continuity of the company's operations.
With this purpose, we are addressing a profile to support the ERM and BCP function to develop and maintain the ERM management system.
**What you will do**
- Support in the periodic elaboration of the identification and evaluation of risks at corporate level and in the operations.
- Participation in the elaboration of risk response sheets and action plans.
- Coordination with the Internal Control department for the follow-up of risk response measures.
- Participation in the company's Risk and Crisis Management Committees and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.
- Monitor and report on risk management activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Integration of risk methodology and BCP in the company's GRC tool.
- Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
- Transversal coordination with departments that elaborate third level risk maps: compliance, cybersecurity, H&S, etc.
- Participation in the design of crisis management procedures and business continuity plans: BIAs, RIAs, critical processes, recovery strategies, continuity plans and processes, etc; to ensure operational resilience.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on risk management and business continuity practices.
- Monitoring and documentation of incidents and crisis events.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
- English: oral and writing high level.
