About EKKIDEN
The position we want to fill is for EKKIDEN, one of ELCA’s affiliate. Ekkiden is a European IT consulting firm located in Spain, Switzerland, France and Germany that accompanies big Groups in their Industrial and Digital transformation. In 2023, Ekkiden has grown by 50% and counts now more than 250 team members. We propose you to join a young and dynamic team to support the development of our structure and ensure compliance with law and accounting standards.
Your role
- You will work putting the focus on ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions for several local and international subsidiaries of the Group (x6);
- Daily accounting of suppliers invoices;
- Staff expenses - Controlling and Accounting;
- Invoicing of projects and cash collection;
- Support Senior Accountant and Finance Controller in treasury forecast and preparation of payments;
- Performing other assignments, as needed (analysis of financial and accounting information, provide administrative support activities)
- Participating to different projects in order to automate processes and increase efficiency.

**Profile**:
- Accounting, attention to detail, dead-line oriented, confidentiality, corporate finance, financial software
- High knowledge of Excel (advanced), database queries, ERP, other Microsoft Office tools is an advantage
- Fluency in English. French, Spanish and/or German are a plus
