Somos una multinacional italiana con más de 100 años de historia en el mercado dentro del sector tecnológico, en la actualidad, estamos reforzando nuestro equipo con la búsqueda de talento para cubrir diversas posiciones. En esta propuesta en particular tenemos la necesidad incorporar un Project Manager con experiência mínima de 3 años en TELCO o RED y gran visión estratégica.

Responsabilidades Clave:

- Planificación y gestión de recursos:

- Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento y negociar ventanas con proveedores.
- Minimizar ventanas para reducir costes y asegurar cumplimiento de plazos.
- Preparación y Ejecución:

- Garantizar definición clara del MOP y registro de información.
- Supervisar las notificaciones de cliente, preparación del equipo técnico y baby sitting post-ventana.
- Seguimiento de Proyectos:

- Entregar informes y RFO/RCA dentro de plazos definidos.
- Gestión de los equipos asociados al proyecto (interno y externo)
- Asegurar disponibilidad de personal y cumplimiento de proyectos en tiempo y forma.
- Sugerir y acompañar al cliente en las mejoras operativas de los usuarios o áreas.
- Acompañamiento en la gestión del cambio para la puesta en marcha de proyectos o iniciativas.
- Análisis e identificación de nuevas oportunidades con el cliente.
- Soporte y visión global de los diferentes proyectos.

Requisitos mínimos
- Inglés nível mínimo Upper Intermediate, hablado y escrito (B2).

- Conocimiento de gestión de procesos ITIL o eTOM.
- Análisis de datos, reporting.
- Conocimientos de Redes Backbone y servicios de conectividad WAN (Routing, VPN, IP MPLS, Cloud, soluciones virtualizadas, sistemas Unix/Linux, etc).
- Conocimientos de sistemas de gestión OSS, BSS
- Conocimientos de procesos e instrucciones de trabajo del área.
- Experiência en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.
- Operación y mantenimiento de Redes siguiendo procedimientos operativos de acuerdo con los estándares internaciones de operadores de telecomunicaciones.
- Capacidad de organización y gestión de proyectos.
