Enterprise Account Manager Digital Sales

This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Family Definition:_**

Manages virtually (by phone, electronically or social media) and onsite (while on business trips) a set of assigned or acquired Customer Accounts. Builds, maintains and forecasts sales pipeline, creates and develops account plans. Works closely with company outside sales, channel partners and end customers to move sales opportunities to closure. May generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities. Sets and executes sales strategy for assigned Customer Accounts Set together with the existing Account Team.

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Sells moderately complex solutions, products and services for a set of assigned Swiss Top or Enterprise Accounts based on defined account strategies and plans
- Be part of an account team with a collaborative selling approach
- Establish and maintain relationships in order to cooperate with decision-makers
- Generates, qualifies and reviews new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure; may work with partners/ outside sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction
- Cover sales activities from preparation of configurations and offers, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation management
- Understands client requirements and competitively positions company solutions to meet the needs to drive retention strategy
- Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven sales activities
- Be responsible for turnover and margins

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- **Fully fluent in French and English**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably in business administration or computer science)
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (in sales or customer oriented roles)
- Good at partnering, innovating and making things happen. You are aligned to our core values
- Proactive person who wants to take ownership
- Used to work in teams and with deadlines

**_ Knowledge and Skills as of today and on the job: _**
- Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation
- Proficient understanding of company's portfolios of products, solutions and services
- Able to clearly articulate Hewlett Packard Enterprise value propositions and solution discussions with customer
- Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve Business Challenges of the Customer
- Strategic farmer/relationship selling and depending on the role, hunting approach
- Able to take on more complex accounts and direct engagements
- Able to develop and retain a good relationship with Customers and Partners, existing and new
- Able to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team
- Knowledgeable of a Customer Relationship Management System as Salesforce which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them
- Being accurate and perseverant
- Last but not least: Build your own brand within your internal and external network
