**Job Description**:
Food & Beverage Manager
Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

What you will be doing:

- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Firmly control the bottom line and take responsibility for the costs of the business, always striving to find efficient solutions while maintaining high quality and a first class experience.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef in the development of the menu and to ensure that the quality and consistency of the food is always where it should be.
- Oversee all points of sale
- Create a positive culture and work environment where the workplace is structured to encourage and support employees to achieve their goals and succeed
- Meet with outlet managers to review schedules, assignments, expected business levels, changes and other information pertinent to job/business performance

**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management and/or Food & Beverage Management, preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager role in a luxury environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English C1 level.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset.
- Must be flexible in your working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to maintain the highest standards.
- Strong knowledge and experience in working with budgeting, profit and loss, forecasting and inventory controls.
- Strong knowledge of F&B, including wines and spirits
