Our Valuation & Modelling services business is a dynamic and fast growing business. Over the last 7 years we have established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, and Paris and we launched our Madrid based team in July 2022. We operate cross-border seamlessly and we have no audit restrictions so we do not have any of the resulting issues that are typical in many of our competitors.
We provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuation services globally & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Valuations today.
Due to increasing demand for such analysis, A&M is growing this team and we are looking for an ambitious Analyst to join us in our Madrid office.
- Work as part of a team to deliver multiple and complex Valuation engagements
- Perform high-quality valuation analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
- Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
- Write client reports and other deliverables for high profile assignments
- Contribute to the development of junior colleagues via informal training & development
- Contribute to relationship building with clients through exceptional day-to-day project delivery
- Assist on business development activities including contributing to proposals, pitches & networking

- Intellectual Property Valuations
- Fairness Opinions and Commercial Valuations
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years valuations and modelling experience including some or all of the areas above, gained at a Big 4 or other reputable consulting firm, investment bank or independent valuation firm
- A strong educational background including Finance and/or Mathematics
- Native Spanish and fluent business level English is essential. Additional European languages are highly valued
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
