**Your mission**:

- Ability to prepare and provide professional advice for the following building-related installations: Mechanical (Air conditioning, Heating), Electrical, ,Plumbing, Control and BMS, Fire Safety, Elevators (advice about energy efficiency and sustainability would be an advantage, although not mandatory)
- Delivering a range of building surveying services including technical due diligence and project monitoring
- Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future
- Support with end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs
- Preparation, consolidation and improvement of customized reports in both Spanish and English (analysis of the building conditional status and compliance with applicable regulations, CAPEX preparation, document analysis)

**Your experiences**:

- A degree in the fields of civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, real estate management or comparable education - e.g. sustainability /energy efficiency
- At least 3 years work experience in a similar building services engineering environment/consultancy
- Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
- High level of self-motivation, autonomy and willingness to travel
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English
- Knowledge of the German language would be an advantage but not mandatory
