Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for a **GERMAN SPEAKING Recruitment Consultant** Fashion & Luxury to join the team, **working remotely**.

We work with some of the most reknown and prestigious Luxury and High Premium Fashion brands across Europe, and in this case we are looking for a german speaking recruitment to focus on the **SWISS MARKET**

**We are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING Recruitment Consultant focused on SWISS MARKET, with the following responsibilities**:

- Follow up and coordinate with Internal Clients
- Execute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviews
- Administer recruiting database and record keeping
- Produce and analyse recruiting reports and market mapping
- Be an ambassador of Luxe Talent

**Requisitos**:

- **Native or equivalent GERMAN SPEAKER**:

- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 1 years)
- **Proven experience with active sourcing in the DACH Market, specifically in SWITZERLAND**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be flexible and able to cope with changes and a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Autonomous, independent, responsible.
- **Fluent in English mandatory, Spanish will be considered a strong plus.**:

- **Passion for Luxury and fashion is a must have**
