**The Role**

We are looking for a Business Analysis function that will be working within our HR team to help deliver global solutions for the organization. The individual should be wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute deliverables, and can modulate between leading and following as needed.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our team members are responsible for - their mission. The mission responsibilities for this role include:

- Leverage an advisory approach to deliver recommendations to Solera with the objective of identifying and qualifying business opportunities, internally and externally
- Design and lead execution of strategic initiatives within the HR team
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations for special strategic initiatives
- Support the HR team in preparation of executive meetings with analyses and presentation materials

Additional responsibilities of the role include:

- Continuously innovate analysis methodology to influence business direction
- Develop and build reports to track and monitor key performance metrics for Leadership to identify areas of opportunity for growth and innovation
- Focus on innovation and new methodologies such as Agile and Design Thinking

**Are You Qualified?**
- Strong level of English language written and orally
- Previous experience with a consulting firm or with a role of business analysis is very preferred
- Previous experience within an Automotive company or an insurance player is very preferred
- Overall 2-3 years of experience
- Strong ability to design professional presentations for leaders
- Experience creating Excel models for multiple audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical information to audiences of varied backgrounds and disciplines.
