.Quality System Analyst Location: Gestamp Servicios II, ES, Gestamp Se Date: Oct 1, 2024 Principales actividades y ámbito de la responsabilidad Liderar iniciativas de calidad corporativa en el ámbito de las tecnologías de control e inspección. Validar la adquisición de nuevos equipos de calidad para las distintas plantas del grupo. Administrar la herramienta corporativa de gestión de equipos de control. Desarrollar mejoras en la herramienta y elaboración de informes en powerBI. Monitorizar los nuevos desarrollos y tendencias en las tecnologías de control e inspección. Elaborar guías de buenas prácticas de uso de equipos de calidad. Liderar proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos sistemas de inspección basados en IA. Seguimiento del estado del arte de proveedores y tecnologías. Cualificación requerida Ingeniero industrial o similar. Recomendable formación en Core Tools (APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP). Formación en powerBI u otras herramientas de business intelligence. Competencias y aptitudes Conocimiento en calidad, procesos de fabricación (soldadura, estampación, pintura). Proactividad, disposición para aprender y asumir nuevos retos, relaciones personales, mentalidad abierta, habilidades comunicativas y organizativas. Habituado a trabajar en proyectos multinacionales / multiculturales. Conocimiento de nuevas tecnologías de control, transformación digital, análisis de datos, IA. Nivel de idiomas requerido Inglés B2. Alemán: recomendado. Experiencia profesional 1-3 años de experiencia en el sector de la automoción realizando funciones de calidad o ingeniería de procesos.Disponibilidad para viajar Disponibilidad y flexibilidad para viajar (50% del tiempo).Motivos de la necesidad Debido a la constante evolución de las tecnologías de control, necesitamos un nuevo recurso que se encargue de la validación de las nuevas compras por parte de las plantas del grupo, así como estar en contacto con los distintos proveedores y conocer los últimos desarrollos y tecnologías que se adapten mejor a nuestras necesidades.
