**ABOUT THE POSITION**

We are currently seeking an internship as Accounting Assistant in Ibiza.

You will be involved in the general accounting the Ibiza’s establishments within the group. Directly reporting to the Ibiza based Accountant you will support him in the following tasks during monthly closings:
General Accounting:

- Assistance in managing Corporate expense reports
- Entry of monthly inventory entries
- Entry of fixed assets following internal nomenclature (construction budget)

Supplier Accounting:

- Invoice entry
- Monitoring and reconciliations
- Preparation of payment campaigns
- Preparation of supplier payment forecasts

Customer Accounting:

- Entry of customer invoices
- Follow-up on overdue payments
- Reconciliation and monitoring of customer receipts

Cash Management:

- Bank reconciliations (debit and credit)

As the Accounting Assistant gains proficiency, the level of autonomy in these tasks will evolve.

**ABOUT YOU**

Internship for a duration of 6 months within a higher education program in accounting or management (BTS, DUT, or Master level). This internship may lead to a permanent position.

You are comfortable with computer tools, including Excel. Proficiency in English is a plus.
