Desde el área de Consumer Activation, buscamos a un 3rd Party Consumer Activation Executive.

Tu día a día:
Las principales responsabilidades serán:

- Supervisar la ejecución de más de 40 personas, que tienen como misión principal ofrecer al consumidor dentro de los puntos de venta nuestros productos de RRP.
- Crear un equipo sólido de coordinadores, los cuales sean capaces de conseguir lo mismo con sus equipos de azafatas consolidando esta fuerza de ventas como un pilar fundamental de la compañía.
- Ser el punto de referencia para la comunicación con agencias y terceros, asegurando un correcto alineamiento y eficiencia por ambas partes.
- Atender las incidencias que se produzcan en el negocio, actuando de manera ágil para buscar solución y reducir el impacto.
- Ser responsable de liderar y motivar al equipo creando un clima de trabajo constructivo desarrollando a los equipos a través de un feedback constante y revisando el desempeño de los mismos de manera recurrente y fomentar la misma práctica en los coordinadores.
- Analizar continuamente los datos de negocio y resultados para tomar decisiones basadas en ellos, permitiendo detectar oportunidades y adelantar posibles problemas e imprevistos.
- Buscar siempre la optimización de los recursos y las herramientas estableciendo para ello una estrategia coherente, basada en el negocio.
- Asegurar un correcto alineamiento con los distintos canales y departamentos B2B y back office principalmente, para conseguir un ambiente de colaboración y estrecha relación en la consecución de la estrategia, garantizando un ecosistema eficiente, la selección de los puntos de venta adecuados y el número de recursos óptimo.
- Garantizar que se cumplen los estándares fijados por PMI que aseguren la excelencia en la ejecución, proponiendo soluciones ante imprevistos que satisfagan las necesidades del consumidor.
- Fomentar un clima de colaboración para compartir y aprender las mejores prácticas en todos los equipos.
- Transmitir los valores de PMI y demostrar un comportamiento coherente con la cultura de la marca.

A quién buscamos:

- Titulación universitaria : licenciatura o grado.
- Nível de inglés B2
- Carnet de conducir europeo con antigüedad mínima de 1 año.
- Experiência previa en gestión de grandes equipos.
- Liderazgo, coordinación y gestión de equipos.
- Altas habilidades y pasión comercial, con una clara orientación al cliente
- Alta capacidad resolutiva y gestión de conflictos
- Capacidad estratégica y de análisis
- Alta orientación a resultados y capacidad para transmitir esta orientación al equipo
- Amplia capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Altas habilidades de comunicación (fluidez verbal, lenguaje, tono, sonrisa) y escucha activa.
- Capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad.
- Creatividad y visión de negocio.
- Empatía y planificación.
- Permiso para trabajar en la UE.
- Conocimiento del paquete Microsoft Office (Word y Excel), Outlook.
