**What you will learn**:
- All key aspects of a **Credit Department: Process & Procedures**:
- **Key financial metrics on credit tools**:
- Key **Credit metrics**:
- Key aspect of **Insurance**:
- Credit tools to **assess risk of customers**
Responsibilities the Trainee will perform:
- ** Support on any Ad-Hoc reports** & support on activities for the Credit Department.
- ** Support internal Credit projects**.
- Process the **payment term requests in our intranet tool** (Submission for approval, document & send respective approvals accordingly).
- Processing of **credit limit approvals for low-risk accounts**.
- ** Creation of new "Global accounts" in the systems** (FSCM, intranet), request the required data by the local credit teams, track the information required and document accordingly.
- ** Performing the customer's accounts statements required** for key accounts.
- ** Support documenting** & harmonizing the department key processes.
- ** Follow up on check insurance renewals.**:
- ** Perform the needed checks on reportings**: Open receivables above credit line and the corresponding required level of approvals.
- Any other potential support to the team.

**Requirements**:
- Studies in **business Administration, accounting or economics**:
- Good command of Microsoft Office (**Excel**)
- ** Fluency in English**:
- Experience in Finance
- Credit is a plus
- Knowledge of **SAP is a plus**:
- ** Good attitude, pro-activity to learn, flexible and Team player**:
- Good **communication skills**
