**Coral Club Spain** is looking for a **Regional Sales Manager in Alicante (Aspe),** who would manage, develop and support the sales process on local market

**What you will do**
- Manage the sales process and support an existing team of sales managers (product distributors)
- Create and build partnerships with regional distributors
- Create conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotions
- Motivate and support distributors with information
- Analyse and planning sales, indicators for the region
- Identify and stimulate the activity of distributors
- Understand the regional market and its development
- Collaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented service
- Work with analytics based on statistical data
**About you**
- You have more than 3 years of experience in sales
- You have a high level of spoken and written Spanish and English languages
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to make key decisions and solve problems,, service-oriented person

Pay: 1,500.00€ - 2,200.00€ per month
