Global Medical Insights Reporting Coordinator

The GSC needs to make sure that his/her scope group is effectively and efficiently executing service-delivery tasks. The Medical Insights Reporting squad is a team of project managers in charge of insights metrics, insights review and analytics (detecting trends), developing meaningful reports, identify insight qulity enhancement needs, propose improvement opportunities and solutions.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Team of project managers in charge of insights metrics, insights review and analytics (detecting trends), developing meaningful reports, identify insight qulity enhancement needs, propose improvement opportunities and solutions.
- Ensure on-time and high-quality execution of tasks across his/her scope group coordinating operational tasks and making sure the group is performing according to expectations.
- Act as a point of escalation for internal customers on topics such as requests,special projects, and delivery questions & concerns related to their group.
- Monitor workload and assess needs across his/her coordination scope group, and work with other fellow Coordinators and the Team Lead to make sure any gaps and roadblocks are raised and addressed.
- Work with his/her coordination group and other members of the team to ensure that as a team, we are delivering excellence - through execution and through the role of consultants who provide guidance, enforce best practices, drive optimization, encourage innovation, and share expertise with internal customers.
- Enforce adherence to processes by both coordination group and internal customers, and define new processes and find service-oriented solutions when needed.

***Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Health Sciences, Health Technology Sciences or equivalent work experience (Masters Degree is preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of expertise related to Medical Insights Reporting
- At lesat 1 years of experience with coordinating the operational tasks and workload of a group - either through direct or lateral leadership
- Solid project management skills and Good project and time management skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to build and maintain meaningful & trusted relationships with others, in order to balance acting as a solutions-oriented escalation point of contact for internal customers and as an empowering peer exemplar for teammates
- Self-motivated, self-starter, and quick learner and ability to make quick decisions without much guidance or direction from others
- Solutions-oriented and dynamic mindset - ability to think critically and find creative solutions when faced with complex & ambiguous scenarios and issues
- Pharma knowledge is preferred
- The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English - this job will be 100% in English
- Able and open to travel internationally on occasion
