Funcions:

- Issue and send invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable and transactions
- Support on new contracts and sales
- Cooperate with other teams to ensure billing accuracy
- Help customers in case of complaints and questions
- Support customer account reconciliations
- Identify process improvements and implement improvements within the department.
- Participation in High Performance Team througout the Division
- Work closely with internal and external audit.
- Responsible for maintaining Sarbanes Oxley documentation and performing testing
- Perform other related responsibilities as needed.

Requisitions:

- University Degree in Economics, ADE o finantials.
- Fluent in English language (minimum B2)
- Experience with Sarbanes Oxley documentation, audits and billing circle.
- 2-4 years’ experience in Multinational, highly appreciate pharmaceutical or logistic.
