Booking Agent

Position: Danish Booking Agent

Location: Benalmádena, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Client representation (leading insurance company from Denmark)
- Book insurance meetings on behalf of insurers
- Place outbound calls and initialize the contact with potential customers
- Identify potential customer's needs and schedule the meeting for the insurer
- Provide unparalleled customer service and create value.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluent in Danish, both oral and written
- Fluency in English will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good knowledge in IT
- Excellent communication skills paired with genuine customer focus
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Prior experience working in a call center, insurance company or carrying out outbound sales or booking of meetings tasks will be considered as an advantage
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
