**We are hiring a Bioinformatic Technician for our Probiotics Plant in Paterna Valencia, España.**

**Job Purpose**:
Execute and implement bioinformatic pipelines to analyse data from Next Generation Sequencing.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Follow the safety and health standards.
- Execute internal bioinformatic pipelines to NGS analysis.
- Implement new internal bioinformatic pipelines to NGS analysis.
- Statistically analyse data coming from NGS studies.
- Maintain updated both programs and databases.

**Your Profile**
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, and MSc degree in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology or similar.
- Experience in: i) data science: Scripting (R, Python, etc), data analysis (data retrieving and manipulation from public repositories, building and analysis datasets) ii) statistical models and iii) reporting (latex, writing skills).
- Valuable: Experience in microbiome data analysis and biostatistics.
- Attitude, Concern for Quality, Integrity/Values, Diversity, Safety, Solving Problems, Proactive.
