**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a Payments Manager, Pricing Operations to join our global Pricing and FX team. As Payments Manager, Pricing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our pricing strategies and ensuring accurate and consistent configurations across our payments network.
- Ensure network and pricing configurations are accurate, maintain network and client specific constraints and ensure planned changes and adjustments are implemented correctly
- Work closely with implementation and solutions teams to ensure new accounts are configured seamlessly
- Work closely with global payments, sales and finance teams to drive pricing and implementation process improvements
- Be responsible for identifying new opportunities to drive scale through pricing operations processing improvements and pricing product development

**Qualifications**:
**Here’s What We’re Looking For**:

- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience in payments preferred
- The ability to build processes, identify inefficiencies and potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Fluency in English and Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and solve complex challenges
- Working knowledge of Excel and G-suite tools, knowledge of Looker and Jira a plus
