Además, certificamos la trazabilidad y valorización del flujo de residuos generados, y aseguramos que dichos residuos se conviertan en un producto reciclado final.

**El rol**

Buscamos personas motivadas e inteligentes para unirse a nuestro equipo como **Sales Development Representative (SDR)**.

Estas personas, sales development representatives o SDR, desempeñan un papel fundamental en el éxito de la empresa al desarrollar la parte superior del embudo de ventas. El puesto de SDR suele ser el comienzo de una larga carrera en ventas que termina con el cargo de VP de Ventas. En muchas empresas, debido a la alta responsabilidad y a las comisiones, los/as VPs de Ventas acaban teniendo sueldos más altos que los directores generales.

Trabajarás en una empresa B2B de software como servicio (SaaS). Este es el sector de la economía que más ha crecido en los últimos años. Las perspectivas son que seguirá siendo así (fuente).

Trabajarás para una startup en su tercer año de vida. Seguimos un proceso y una metodología, pero nos gusta probar cosas nuevas y hacer cambios en nuestros procesos basándonos en los datos de nuestros experimentos. Trabajarás con libertad y autonomía, en un entorno en el que los errores están permitidos. Queremos que pienses de forma crítica y formes parte de nuestra cultura de experimentación.

Ganarás experiência interactuando con clientes de todos los níveles, en una gran variedad de industrias. Se trata de un rol estimulante y emocionante que pondrá a prueba tus habilidades de comunicación, tu capacidad de trabajo y tu habilidad para mantenerte enfocado y seguir un plan. También puede verse como un pequeño máster en el que te ayudaremos a desarrollar tus habilidades de venta.

**Responsabilidades**
- Contactar con clientes potenciales de acuerdo con una lista de empresas
- Identificar a los responsables de la toma de decisiones y cuáles son sus necesidades y averiguar cómo podemos resolverlas
- Agendar meetings para los ejecutivos de cuentas
- Garantizar la transferencia de la información del cliente potencial al sistema
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y cierre de ventas
- Cumplir o superar los objetivos de desarrollo de ventas

**Requirements**:

- Quieres iniciar una carrera en el departamento de ventas en un entorno tecnológico
- Tienes un carácter comercial
- Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
- Eres proactivo/a, entusiasta, organizado/A y te gusta trabajar por objetivos, consigues lo que te propones.
- Tienes capacidad para priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz.
- Eres constante y tenaz, como los/as deportistas entrenando para la competición. Eres capaz de trabajar día a día para conseguir objetivos a largo plazo.

Buscamos más entusiasmo y ganas de aprender que experiência específica. Un título universitario es útil porque nos demuestra que puedes establecer un objetivo y lograrlo. Recibirás formación específica sobre el puesto antes de empezar a trabajar.
