Nuestro principal compromiso consiste en fomentar el desarrollo y la promoción de las startups con un impacto significativo, proporcionando un programa integral de incubación, aceleración y mentoría para que estas empresas alcancen sus metas.
Nos centramos en startups “_early stage_” en las que la tecnología desempeñe un papel fundamental en el negocio. Además, generalmente participamos en rondas de financiación iniciales.

**¿Cuál va a ser tu misión y tus retos?**
Como Investment Manager en Successful Funds, serás el responsable de identificar, analizar y proponer posibles startups que sean interesantes para invertir en ellas.
Además, serás la persona encargada de hacer el seguimiento y mantenimiento de las startups invertidas, proporcionando el apoyo necesario para asegurar su desarrollo continuo y aumentar sus probabilidades de exito.
Para lograr esta misión, tendrás una serie de roles asignados:
**Análisis y proposición de inversiones**
- Mantener una presencia constante en eventos, conferencias, charlas y cualquier otro acto relevante para establecer contactos y conocer proyectos
- Explorar continuamente LinkedIn y otras redes en busca de proyectos emergentes y establecer conexiones con las personas clave involucradas en ellos.
- Realizar análisis de oportunidades de inversión, evaluando de forma ágil, métricas clave del negocio para determinar su viabilidad y potencial de retorno.
- Mantener informado la dirección sobre las oportunidades de inversión, tu evaluación y propuesta de inversión si es pertinente., Actualizar regularmente el pipeline interno de las startups identificadas.
**Mantenimiento de las invertidas**
- Colaborar estrechamente con las empresas participadas, brindando orientación y apoyo estratégico para maximizar su crecimiento y éxito.
- Monitorear de cerca el desempeño de las inversiones realizadas, identificando áreas de mejora y puntos fuertes.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los fundadores y equipos de gestión de los proyectos, actuando como un socio de confianza y un recurso clave para su desarrollo.
Tendrás un gran impacto en los resultados del equipo, eso implica que trabajarás con exigencia y responsabilidad.
**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué te hará triunfar con nosotros?**
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en el sector de **inversión en startups** o haber **emprendido** uno o varios proyectos.
- ** Capacidad analítica** para comprender el producto, las métricas y a los fundadores, y tomar decisiones fundamentadas en base a ello. Dado que trabajamos con startups en early stage, en ocasiones no habrá métricas disponibles, por lo que es crucial analizar a las personas.
- Conocimiento del **ecosistema startup español**:
- ** Proactividad y esfuerzo**:para destacar en tu trabajo, anticipar acontecimientos y saber hacia dónde dirigirte. Este punto es fundamental.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y comerciales para establecer conexiones con las personas clave de los proyectos.
- Nível de **inglés B2** o superior. Tendrás que trabajar con otros inversores y proyectos en ingles, por lo que tu destreza con el idioma es clave para la comunicación y la redacción de documentos.
