**The Team**:
We are looking for a** Senior Salesforce Architect** to join our Salesforce Team already composed by 2 Salesforce Administrator, and 1 Salesforce Developer
**Main responsibilities**:
Your mission will be to partner with core business stakeholders (sales, revenue, operations, marketing, customer support, finance,) to build the technical vision for Salesforce. You will be shaping Salesforce for the whole organization, and you will be a driving force in implementing a state-of-the-art solution for Ankorstore.
You will also improve the maintainability and the scalability of the platform, introduce DevOps and engineering practices, level up other people in the team, and share the knowledge.
Also, we would like you to work with an Engineering Manager who will be in charge of all people/admin topics, and a PM who will be working with the stakeholders. But if you have an expertise in leading teams, and are ready to be a people manager and hands-on simultaneously, we are open on it.
**Requirements**:
- Strong previous experience as a Salesforce Architect, building a technical vision, architecture, and in implementing it
- Deep knowledge on Apex, VisualForce, Lightning,...
- Relational skills : being able to communicate efficiently with all types of profiles
- Knowledge Sharing
- English fluent
