**About Ukio |**:
We are one of the most promising startups of 2023 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. **Role |**:
As a Property Management Intern at Ukio, your primary responsibility is to handle structural issues within Ukio's properties due to structural problems within the apartment, building, or issues related to landlord appliances. From the initial complaint receipt to resolution, you will navigate the entire process, ensuring a seamless experience for both Ukio and the Landlord. This dynamic role requires effective negotiation and resolution with property owners, management of insurance claims and refunds, and coordination with external handymen and property management companies to execute necessary repairs.

**Responsibilities |**:

- Manage structural issues (building, apartment appliances, not owned by Ukio) from the moment we receive the complaint to its resolution
- Follow up negotiation and resolution with property owners
- Manage insurance claims and refunds
- Manage external handymen and property management companies to execute LL related repairs
- Apartment visits with property owners
- Provide reports on property owner related incidences

**About you |**:

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Communications or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Catalan and Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable in working with cross functional teams
- Organized, able to follow up processes and to deliver fast follow up
- Comfortable on formal verbal communication presential, written or via phone
- Able to put pressure on stakeholders for fastest resolution
- Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
- Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
