- In this unique role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experts and play an important role in bringing our innovative, new digital banking product to the European market. While gaining valuable insights in the finance industry and thinking creatively, you will be working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to contributing to your growth and success in our newly established Digital Banking Hub in Madrid.**Role Responsibilities**
- You'll be partnering closely with our Head of Digital Banking for Europe on various business projects and topics by coordinating and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be responsible to maximize our Head of Digital Banking for Europe time and energy management including managing complex calendars and scheduling requirements, preparation and sending necessary meeting materials and the creation of meeting agendas, meeting notes and memos as requested.
- You will be responsible for the preparation and aligning necessary meeting materials and the creation of meeting agendas, meeting notes, presentations as requested, planned and ad-hoc. You understand priority/urgency and re-organize appropriately.
- Work together with administrative staff on financial administration as well as travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and provide the needed confirmations.
- You'll take responsibility in organizing team events, meetings and off sites.

**Role Requirements**
- You are in your 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's or Master's Business Administration degree and are available to start in June 2023 as a full-time working Intern.
- You are a fast learner, sharp-minded and interested in fintech organizations, digital finance, and gaining experience in a global organization.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required, and an ability to keep different topics in focus at any one time.
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- The ability to take on tasks and responsibility quickly, while paying attention to detail and completing tasks in-hand.
- You react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action under the guidance of a responsible manager.
- You are always looking for ways to improve and add value to the process.
- You understand that work requires excellence, and you always thrive to achieve this.
