Are you looking for an opportunity to grow and make a difference in an international environment? At Intrum, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as our new IT Team Lead Core Banking.

In this role, you will lead a team of technology professionals in developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions for Secured Loans utilizing Temenos' Core Banking. Collaboration with functional teams and Temenos is vital to deliver high-quality products within an agile setting. As the IT Team Lead Core Banking, you will need strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and mentor team members effectively while meeting stakeholder expectations.

What you will do:

  • Lead technology professionals in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software solutions for Secured Loans.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to plan, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Act as the technology owner for applications within the Secured Loans area, managing technical risks and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Review and prioritize the development backlog, ensuring user stories are completed and ready for development.
  • Coordinate with other teams to address technical challenges and blockers promptly.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders by communicating project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive code reviews to maintain code quality, scalability, and security standards.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master to define project requirements and priorities with product ownership.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices in software development.

What we think you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Temenos' software development, with a background in leadership roles.
  • Good knowledge of software development principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
