¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos incorporar para la posición **Junior **Incidents & Problems Analyst **a personas como tú con las capacidades y competencias de desarrollo en tecnologías digitales, para desarrollar las siguientes funciones:

- Participar en la mejora de la fiabilidad, disponibilidad y experiência de usuario de los procesos de Servicing & Oficina de Santander España.
- Realizar propuestas de mejora de rendimiento y resiliencia de los servicios.
- Definir planes de acción con los diferentes equipos de aplicación/negocio.
- Participar en el proceso de incidencias y análisis de post-mortem.
- Elaboración de informes de disponibilidad de aplicaciones (Cumplimiento de Níveles de Servicio).
